We are still a small business and as such our shipping times are kind of slower. We ship every Tuesday and Friday, and we endeavour to have your order shipping to you are quick as possible. 

Need a midweek pick me up? Perhaps check your inbox. All of the necessary tracking details for your order will be provided once your item has been dispatched, thank you technology!

For the Aussies

There are two options available for domestic shipping.

1. Standard Shipping AUD $10: For orders under $50, allow7-10 working days from dispatch.

2. Free Shipping: For orders over $50, allow 10-14 working days from dispatch.

If your package has not arrived within the specified time frame, please check your tracking details on your confirmation email.

Lost or Stolen Items

Skynnify cannot be held accountable for any lost or stolen packages once it is shipped from our warehouse. We kindly advise to contact the shipping carrier directly if an issue arises.

Return / Exchange Policy for Un-Opened and Intact Product

Who doesn’t love a bit of R and R? Any Skynnify item can be refunded if it is returned within 14 days of purchase, unopened, unused and in the original packaging.

If you change your mind about the products you have ordered, your unopened and intact Skynnify product(s) purchased via www.skynnify.com.au can be returned to us for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

Products must be unopened and in the original condition. Products must be sent back within 14 days from original receipt of goods. Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return

Failure to meet with these conditions will result in an exchange or refund being denied.

Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order upon receipt of the returned products. Please note that refunds cannot be processed to expired credit cards.

The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight and any other relevant fees, including Customs or Import fees, if any.

Return / Exchange Policy for Skin Reactions

If you happen to experience a skin reaction from one of our products, please provide details (including photos). Our sensational skin specialists will review the photos and verify if you are entitled to a refund or replacement. Failure to meet with these conditions will result in an exchange or refund being denied.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
