Returns and refunds

 

Who doesn’t love a bit of R and R? Any Skynnify item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase, unopened, unused and in the original packaging.

At Skynnify, we like to consider ourselves hygiene queens, so unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used products, unless the item is deemed faulty. If item is deemed faulty, please make sure it is returned in its original packaging.

If you happen to experience a skin reaction from one of our products, please provide details (including photos). Our sensational skin specialists will review the photos and verify if you are entitled to a refund or replacement. Failure to meet with these conditions will result in an exchange or refund being denied.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

 

Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order upon receipt of the returned products. Please note that refunds cannot be processed to expired credit cards, if this is the case please make our team aware before the refund is processed. The team at Skynnify will notify you once your return has been received.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of product unless it was purchased through www.skynnify.com.au For purchases made other than via our websites, please consult with the Brand Partner where you purchased the product for their return and exchange policy.
